We're more inclined to believe Kate about this one, but Ryan O'Neal is now telling his side of the story.

Farrah Fawcett's Charlie's Angels co-star and close friend Kate Jackson claimed that Ryan O'Neal banned her and others from visiting with Farrah during the last months of her life.

Ryan's response?
"Firstly, Farrah spent the last week of her life in the hospital. Secondly, why would Kate be denied access to Farrah and then be invited to her services?"

The last time Kate saw Farrah was at the late actress' birthday party in February 2009. So sad that she wasn't able to say good-bye properly.

We don't see why Kate wouldn't have attempted to get in touch with Farrah before her death so Ryan must have been up to something, right?
