Really???

Katherine Jackson, mother of Michael, is somewhat supporting her estranged husband, Joe Jackson, in his battle to acquire some of the pop superstar's fortune.

Last week the administrators for Jackson's estate, John Branca and John McClain refused Jackson's request because according to the will, Jackson isn't the beneficiary of his son's estate and has no legal claim to the money. Shady Shady!

Joe has been permitted to argue his case before a judge on May 10th.

But Mama Jackson's lawyer, Adam Streisand, says,
"Katherine supports Joe receiving some type of allowance, we just don't how much is appropriate."

Hmm. Interesting choice of words. Frankly, we think fighting lawyers for an allowance from your deceased son's will is just downright sad.

If Joe isn't written in, there may be a perfectly good explanation for it: MJ didn't want his dad near his money!!
