As expected, Joe Jackson's dreams of inheriting MJ's $$$$ have been dashed!

A Superior Court judge denied Joe the right to receive any of his late son's cash, and he's not allowed to challenge the executors of MJ's will (John Branca and John McClain) any longer.

Thank gawd!

We're so sick of hearing about Joe's shameless money0grubbing!

"I don't think he gets to step into this and create further litigation," said the judge on Tuesday. "Joe Jackson takes none of this estate. This is a decision his son made."

The judge stated that Joe is still legally able to request an allowance from Branca and McClain for his over-excessive $15k/month lifestyle, but something tells us that won't be happening anytime soon!

Time to give up the hundred-dollar-dinners, Joe!
