It probably seemed like a harmless and fun idea to Rihanna last night in New York when she was joking around with friends and wound up tattooing three of the artists at East Side Ink with umbrellas and the letter R. But now TMZ is reporting that Rihanna was breaking the law by picking up a pen because she's not a licensed tattoo artist and could be slapped with three misdemeanors. The NYC Health Department is apparently going to look into it.
